Restore a Pro purchase

Open Settings on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions to confirm the purchase is on this Apple ID. Then open Tenant Trace → Settings → Restore Purchase. Pro features will reactivate within a few seconds.

Reports missing on a new iPhone (iCloud restore)

Sign the new iPhone into the same Apple ID, install Tenant Trace, and open the app. Reports auto-arrive from your iCloud container. Photos and videos download in the background — large libraries can take a few minutes. The Settings → iCloud sync screen shows pending downloads if any.

Co-sign link expired

Co-sign requests time out for security. Open the trace, tap Send for co-sign again, and a fresh link will be generated. The previous link is automatically invalidated.

"Online seal unavailable" or share button disabled

The first time you generate a PDF the report's fingerprint is sent to the public registry. If the device is offline, sealing finishes locally but the share button stays disabled until the registry confirms the anchor. Reopen the report on a stronger connection — the app retries automatically.

Data requests / removing co-sign records

Registry anchors are append-only by design (that's the point) and contain no personal information. To remove co-sign records associated with your Apple ID, email support and we'll process the request.
